Canine Officer Tracy Dice, of the Rushville Police Department in Rushville, Indiana, was involved in a horrific vehicle accident while pursuing a suspect. The accident caused her patrol car to flip long-ways and after landing, roll over 2 or 3 times. Officer Dice, her civilian passenger and her K-9 were able to walk away from the crash with only minimal injuries. In Tracy’s own words, she credits her Ray Allen Cruise Eze Vehicle Insert with helping to save her and her passengers.
