Get a Stronger Bite with the GTFO V2 & GTFO Mini Leather Wedge Covers
Oct 23rd 2024
We're excited to announce two updates to our product lineup: the upgraded GTFO V2 Leather Wedge Cover and the new GTFO Mini, both available now. These leather wedge covers are essential bite training tools, designed to help your dog develop a strong, secure bite. The heavyweight leather becomes slick from slobber during training, forcing your K9 to push the wedge to the back of their mouth to create a deeper, more sustainable grip, ideal for apprehension work. A soft bite won’t hold, allowing you to easily slip the wedge from their mouth. As your dog learns to drive deeper bites, they’ll build a stronger, more reliable grip with our leather wedge covers.
GTFO V2 Leather Wedge Cover
The original GTFO has always been a staple for training, but we've made some key improvements with the GTFO V2. We've upgraded from the previous 10-12 oz leather to a more durable 13-15 oz leather, making it thicker and more long-lasting. Additionally, we've replaced the old triglide sliders with a new "super lock" system. This innovative feature allows for a much tighter, more secure fit without the hassle of going up and down to lock it in place. The super lock's teeth ensure that once it's set, it stays put.
One thing to note is that the GTFO now comes exclusively in black, no more burgundy. However, the increase in durability and functionality more than makes up for it!
GTFO Mini Leather Wedge Cover
Alongside the upgraded GTFO V2, we've launched the GTFO Mini. This version was specifically designed for use with bite suits and bite wear. The original GTFO's larger size was perfect for bite pillows and wedges, but it could be too bulky for targeted areas like the bicep. The GTFO Mini solves that problem by offering a more compact, precision-focused option, allowing trainers to target specific areas during bite work.
The GTFO Mini is made from the same 13-15 oz leather and features the same super lock buckles for added security. Now, you can seamlessly transition from using the GTFO on a pillow or wedge to the GTFO Mini on a suit, all while maintaining superior control.
