I started volunteering at local rescue squad at the age of 16. I forfeited high school football to serve others. I became an EMT before graduating high school. This was the beginning of my lifetime purpose and passion, helping others.
I later made this a career working in a high volume Fire Department. Later, I transitioned to Nursing, working as a Pediatric ER nurse, educator and mentor to students.
In the last several years, I have struggled with PTSD and associated mental health issues. Part of my healing and wellness has been my service dog. His name is Yeti, a blended Dutch shepherd/Belgian Malinois. I have had assistance with his training with a few friends that are current or former military. I am forever grateful for their experience and guidance. I am even more grateful to have a companion who loves me unconditionally and always has my back.
I became introduced to Ray Allen through my friends. I have visited the store in person and I appreciate the family feel, hospitality and taking care of my needs with exceptional gear and equipment. Like my friends have done for me, I will always refer my friends to Ray Allen to get the best for their dog.
Their Gear: Puppy Bite Pillow Jute, Nomad Patrol Combo Harness, Nylon Adjustable Service Dog Leash with Frog Clip, Herm Sprenger Ultra-Plus Chrome-Plated Steel Pinch Collar, Ray Allen 3" Ball on a Rope, Bite Suit Tugs, Syntek Tugs, Jute Tug Style Reward, Embroidered Service Dog Patches, Dog Trainer Fanny Pack, K9 Hydration Pack, G-Hook Backpacks, and Belt Loop Quick Release.
