The leather we use for this dog harness is well over an eighth of an inch thick, so it’s sturdy enough to meet the demands of the job and hold up for decades without needing to be replaced or repaired. Plus, all of the heavy-duty brass hardware is stitched and riveted into the leather for extra durability in the field.

This harness features a brass D-ring on the padded front breastplate and another D-ring on the top, giving you more options to suit your specific needs in running your leash depending on the kind of K9 work you’re performing. We also riveted a handle on the back of the harness, which comes in handy when you need to prevent your K9 from ripping a decoy to shreds during bite training!

Unlike the harnesses you’ll find from places “where the average pets go,” our tactical harness features five points of adjustment (two in the shoulder, one on the belly, and two on each side) to meet the needs of your growing K9 or to easily switch out for use on other working dogs in your K9 unit.
