Coming in at 3/16 of an inch thick and constructed of 12- to 14-ounce latigo leather, we designed our bite training gauntlet to last for years while helping to spread out the pressure from your K9’s bite.

No matter how hard your dog bites, the gauntlet will protect your decoy when it’s worn under one of our bite sleeves. Plus, it also reduces the potential of the bite sleeve becoming damaged.

Thanks to the lace-up strap interior with a barrel lock, the Leather Gauntlet fits any sized arm and is easy for decoys to strap on themselves. While it’s thick enough to prevent bruising, the gauntlet conceals well under any hidden bite sleeve and doesn’t restrict mobility.

Our Leather Gauntlet actually helps strengthen your K9’s bite while ensuring that your decoy won’t head for the hills to avoid your dog’s wrath. The latigo leather is the perfect thickness to allow your dog to get a solid grip and improve their bite strength. 

Though our Leather Gauntlet is great for K9s of all sizes and ages, we recommend it when you’re undergoing K9 puppy bite training because it helps build bite drive for smaller mouths.
