Introducing the redesigned K9 Helm CS1-A2 Ear Covers. Now made with injection-molded polycarbonate—over 25 times more impact resistant than the previous 3D-printed model—the CS1-A2 exceeds US military specifications for ballistic safety eyewear, ensuring superior protection in high-stakes environments. Features a low profile design, soft biothane connector strap, and EVA foam padding that provides insulation from cold weather and will not absorb water. The streamlined covers add 10mm of overall clearance to the helmet when installed - a huge benefit in the cramped spaces of an aircraft or vehicle. 

The CS1-A2 Ear Covers offer protection from projectile debris and prevent custom, inside-the-ear plugs from becoming dislodged and lost. These covers are not designed to prevent hearing damage, although they do help reduce the effects of damage that a aworking dog experiences in training and the field. The CS1-A2 Ear Covers are essential for breaching situations, helicopter deployment, high-altitude jumps, and other high-risk scenarios. These covers provide insulation and protection from projectile debris while helping reduce the effects of noise exposure during training and fieldwork.

Meets or exceeds US military specifications for ballistic safety eyewear. Compliance with MIL-PRF-31013 and MIL-V-43511C standards. Tested with 0.15 caliber chisel-point projectiles for unmatched durability
