The PVC patch with hook and loop back, is layered for a 3D effect, and can be applied to nearly any of our K9 tactical gear, handler vests, backpacks, etc. The vinyl decal is both UV and water resistant, allowing it to be displayed on interior or exterior environments confidently, knowing it can withstand the elements (for a few months at least).
